Terms of Service

Booking requirements:

  • Advance payment (equal to 30% of the total stay amount).
  • Deposit (equal to 20% of the total stay amount. This is 100% refundable when there is no damage or cost incurred by the client during the stay at the property and it will be given back to the client 48 hrs. after leaving the property

Notes:

  • The property will be put on hold from the moment the client makes the first contact with us and they will have 48 hours to make the reservation, otherwise, this will be available for rent again.

Cancellations:
The client will have the right to cancel the reservation under the following criteria:

  • Without any cost. When the cancellation is made within a week from the moment it was made.
  • Recovering 50% of the payed amount. As long as the cancellation is made in accordance with the following:
  • For House Rental when the cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before occupancy.
  • For Events when the cancellation is made more than 1 month before the event takes place.
